Return Policies

Obviously, just like anything else, each item is different.  Please refer to each item's description for specifics.

Downloadable items have a return policy in accordance with each item's own desctription, usually a satisfaction guarantee period of several weeks.  Please see the individual items page for specifics.  Usually 30 or 60 day guarantees.

Live events are often (but not always) guaranteed for "up until first break" or per each items description.
