The Thrive Truths ~ From the book...
- Truth is good. Most people are afraid not so much of the truth, but of what they know about themselves.
- Truth is bigger than you, so learn to Respect Wonder.
- Whatever you believe is true to you… & some things are true whether you believe them or not.
- Sometimes there is such a thing as What Is Right.
- There is always a solution when you're looking at the picture big enough.
- If there is any such thing as security, it is you truly being and doing your best.
- One of our greatest skills, duties, and joys is acceptance. Our role in the big picture is not to be perfect, but to be and do better and to feel "enough-ness".
- Ego is only useful as a very temporary (and artificial) motivation.
- You are always evolving, learning. It gets better.
- All good things come from God.
- By allowing God to control and guide our lives, not by forcing, creating, or "manifesting", we become more than we could've imagined for ourselves.
- We discover realization of Who We Really Are by obeying and adhering to these rules.
- When we are clear about Who We Are and our humble role in this big picture, then Good is inevitable. An absolute "Best You" is wanted for you.
- Being your best (or, your potential) is more about letting than "making".
- Life requires work and rewards action, not just "meditation", talking about it, or "thinking" about it.
- Action is and should be all of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual action.
- It is good to find work you love and enjoy, and it is an equally important skill to find ways to love and enjoy the work you do.
- We are one. We are all in this together.
